We welcome verterans to join our team; however, we have no affiliation with any part of the military nor do we promise to provide veterans as movers.  We employ only qualified men and women with 5+ years of experience in the moving industry.  



We are responsible for our own negligence; we assume no responsiblity for any loss or damage caused by an act of God, and act of public enemy, or any and all other causes beyond our control.  Our responsibility is further limited to the Virginia state required released value insurance of $0.60 per pound, no more than $50 per article, with a $250 deductible.  We offer no additional insurance for purchase.  In the event of truck breakdown, accident, or traffic; we hold no responsiblity for any loss of wages, fines, hotel rental, car rental, or any other related expense.


Live animals, eggs, fish, plants, flowers, or other property of perishable nature will not be covered.


All personal items must be fully packed in boxes, totes, or bags before the arrival of the moving crew.  We hold no responsiblity for the contents of drawers, containers, or boxes.


We are not responsible for the mechanical function of televisions, radios, telephones, clocks, appliances, or any other mechanical device.


All items including but not limited to glass, mirror, marble, paintings, statues, and other similar articles should be properly packed/created by the customer and we assume no responsiblity for damages.


We will be providing moving pads, shrink wrap, and tape to protect all of the fragile furniture items and we will be using extreme caution while moving large items through restricted areas; however, all floors, walls, banisters, ceilings, doors, or hallways must be protected by the customer and we will assume no responsibility for damage to any home, office, or similar property.


All reservations are taken over the phone.  A deposit is required to hold your reservation.  If you cancel the job at any time for any reason (there is no grace period) your desposit will be held as the cancellation fee. However, you may reschedule to a new date up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.


Before the job begins, we require a cash advance equal to 2 hours of labor plus the one time service fee.  This is the minimum charge for all jobs that take 2 hours or less.  Anything beyond 2 hours should also be paid in cash upon completion, or a credit/debit card may be used with an additional $20 processing fee added to the balance.  Absolutely no checks.

We pro rate by the half hour. Even one minute over will result in a half hour charge.  If a lunch break is taken, the customer is not required to pay for that time, but you welcome to keep the clock running as a tip/gesture to the men.
